Tax preparation from a team that's still there in August

Not just a seasonal filing service — a year-round partner who already knows your situation.

In-house Certifying Acceptance Agent

If you need an ITIN instead of a Social Security Number, we certify your identity documents ourselves — no mailing your passport to the IRS and waiting months to get it back.

Connected to everything else we do for you

The same team that forms your business, keeps your books, and runs your payroll also files your taxes — so nothing gets lost in translation between separate vendors.

Available beyond tax season

Tax planning doesn't stop on April 16th. We're available year-round for estimated payments, life changes, and planning ahead — not just during filing season.

A transparent quote before we file anything

You'll know exactly what you're paying before we start, and exactly what you owe or are owed once we finish. No surprises either direction.

IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent

Need an ITIN instead of an SSN? We handle it in-house.

If you or a family member isn't eligible for a Social Security Number but needs to file a U.S. tax return — a nonresident spouse, a dependent, or someone new to the country — you'll need an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). Normally, that means mailing original documents like your passport to the IRS and waiting weeks or months to get them back.

As an IRS-authorized Certifying Acceptance Agent, we can verify your identity documents in person, certify the copies ourselves, and submit your ITIN application directly to the IRS with a Certificate of Accuracy attached. Your passport never leaves your hands.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. If you lived, worked, or ran a business in more than one state during the year, we'll prepare every return you need to file.

As an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent, we can process your ITIN application in-house — see the section above for how that works.

Yes, we regularly prepare prior-year and amended returns for clients who've fallen behind or need to correct a past filing.

We stand behind the returns we prepare and can represent you if the IRS or a state agency has questions — see our Tax Resolution service for full audit representation.

It depends on your entity type: sole proprietors and single-member LLCs use Schedule C with Form 1040, partnerships and multi-member LLCs file Form 1065, S-Corps file Form 1120-S, and C-Corps file Form 1120. We confirm exactly which forms apply to you during your consultation.

If you expect to owe a meaningful amount after withholding and credits — common for self-employed individuals and business owners — the IRS generally requires quarterly estimated payments to avoid underpayment penalties. We calculate these and remind you of every deadline.
